Please, strictly follow the points specified below in beginning of using coolhut007 UltraSmart 6.0....
  • First, install coolhut007 UltraSmart 6.0 on other than C drive.
  • Then, open Database Manager and delete unwanted Nominal Rolls and Exam Halls.
  • After that, create Nominal Rolls and upload data to them.
  • Create required Exam Halls.
  • Feed data to Nominal Rollwise Time Tables.
  • Go to main menu: File -> Create -> Time Table and create New Time Table.
  • Then go to main menu: Tools -> Reset Database and accept the changes.
  • Now use Daywise Manager and generate seating plans.
  • Take backup of the database after every usage.
